Client Intelligence & Document Control
Designed to preserve useful client history and maintain a durable route back to the original quotation, drawing and supporting evidence.
A planned client-facing operating environment designed to make inquiry, quotation, document history and future project visibility clearer, more connected and easier to follow.

Client work creates inquiries, drawings, quotations, revisions, clarifications, follow-ups and decisions. The Client Operating System is being designed to connect those touchpoints into one controlled relationship history — while keeping AFM's internal commercial and management information private.
Planned status visibility helps clients understand where an inquiry or quotation stands without repeatedly chasing AFM for basic updates.
Important quotation, revision and document history stays connected to the correct client and business record instead of being rebuilt from memory.
Clients see approved milestones, timing and documents relevant to them, while internal costing, margins, approvals and private management notes remain protected.
The current COS architecture contains two documented client subsystems. Both remain in planning and are shown here as planned capability, not as live functionality.
Designed to preserve useful client history and maintain a durable route back to the original quotation, drawing and supporting evidence.
Designed to create a controlled client-facing journey from first inquiry through quotation, revision, follow-up and eventual conversion into an AFM job.
The first practical release is intended to focus on the pre-job commercial journey. Awarded work can then connect forward into future job-execution and payment visibility without rebuilding the commercial history.
The portal is planned as an optional AFM service. Registration alone will not provide access to client records; AFM verification is intended before access activation.
AFM is documenting and refining the architecture before development begins so the client experience is built around real operating needs, controlled access and one reliable business record.
The objective is not to replace the relationship between AFM and its clients. It is to give that relationship better continuity, clearer visibility and stronger control as it grows.
