General Manager | Al Farid Metal Works Manufacturing LLC
Thanzil Salam has been part of Al Farid Metal Works since July 2015. Over the years, he has grown alongside the company, faced challenges, learned from mistakes, and developed his understanding of business and leadership.
His approach to leadership is built on responsibility, ownership, and continuous improvement. He believes that when something goes wrong, the focus should not only be on fixing the immediate problem, but also on understanding its cause and building a better way of working.
For Thanzil, building a system is only the beginning. Once it works, he believes in transferring ownership to capable team members, giving them the authority and confidence to make decisions independently. He values their efforts, encourages feedback, and believes people should grow through responsibility rather than constant supervision.
He believes a leader should not remain involved in every daily operation. When the team and systems are ready, his responsibility is to move forward, develop new opportunities, and create the next level of growth for the company, its people, and himself.
Leadership is not about being involved in every decision.
It is about building a team capable of making the right ones.RAH SAL.
At Al Farid Metal Works, we believe clients should never have to chase updates about their own projects. From the first requirement to final delivery, our team takes responsibility for communicating progress, addressing challenges openly, and keeping decisions clear. Every project deserves more than completion. It deserves ownership, accountability, and the confidence of knowing what happens next.
