Quality Management System
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system. It focuses on understanding customer requirements, managing processes consistently, checking results and continually improving the system.
A structured quality system supports clearer requirements, controlled processes, traceable decisions and more consistent delivery. Certification does not guarantee that every product or project will be free of defects.
For custom stainless steel fabrication, the framework is relevant to requirements review, design coordination, manufacturing controls, inspections, handling feedback and corrective action.
Environmental Management System
ISO 14001:2015 sets out requirements for an environmental management system. It helps organisations identify environmental aspects of their activities, manage related risks and obligations, set objectives and review environmental performance.
Environmental management gives customers a clearer basis for understanding how environmental considerations are incorporated into company processes and improvement efforts. It does not mean an operation has zero environmental impact.
For metal fabrication, relevant considerations may include material use, scrap handling, waste management, resource consumption and applicable environmental obligations. The standard provides a framework for managing these areas.
Occupational Health & Safety Management System
ISO 45001:2018 specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety management system. It focuses on identifying hazards, assessing risks, worker participation, preventive controls and continual improvement.
A structured health and safety system supports responsible planning and risk management during manufacturing and related activities. Certification does not mean workplace incidents can never occur.
For stainless steel fabrication and installation, the framework is relevant to machinery, cutting and welding activities, material handling, personal protective equipment, site activities and safety procedures.
